How to Book a Tour
- Download and fill up the REGISTRATION FORM then email it to email@example.com
- Agency will acknowledge the registration form. Wait for the Invoice which states the Package Inclusions, Rates, Travel Dates, Terms and Conditions, Payment Options and Option date to finalize your tour.
- If payment is made through a bank, please email a copy of the deposit slip to firstname.lastname@example.org for our office's reference. You may also call or text us to report your payment. If payment is made via Paypal, an email notification from will be sent by Paypal
- Office will acknowledge your payment with a Statement of Account [SOA] which states the amount received, your remaining balance and its due date.
- Expect the Trip details to be emailed with the SOA. These includes the Highlights itinerary and Things to Bring.
- Payment of remaining balance may be paid 3 days before the tour. Tour Voucher will be issued upon full payment.
