Food:   Food depends on seasonality.  Staple dishes are grilled fish, lots of fresh herbs, vegetables & fruits.  Similar to Thai food wherein there is a blended mixture of sweet, salty, sour but less of the spicyness.

What to wear:  Wear light clothes as it is generally hot in Cambodia. However,  NO tank tops, shorts or anything sleeveless when you visit the temples like the Angkor Wat Temple.
Tip:  USD is their main currency along with Riel.  Drivers and business establishments accepts USD.  Just make sure you use smaller USD bills as there are some who gives your change in Cambodia Riel.
