How do I register for the tour?
Once you are ready to register, download the registration form readily found in the website. We can also email the registration form to you if you want. Fill up all the necessary information & email it back to us. Note that confirmation of your registration or slot will only be done once payment is made.
How can I be sure that you are a true & legitimate business?
We understand your concern over this as there are many scams that can be found. We are a travel agency and tour operator focused on serving your travelling needs. From the start of your inquiry until the day the tour ends, we are in constant communication with you via email or text. You can also verify us through the contact numbers, addresses and contact persons given. We are also a duly registered business at the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), under the name of Global Affordable Adventure Travel and Tours with current business permits.

How do I pay for my slot/registration?
Payment can be done via deposit through the travel agency's bank account
What do I do after I made the payment?
After payment has been done, email to info@gafatours.com the scanned deposit slip for our reference. Once payment has been verified, we will send an acknowledgment via email and other trip details.
Do we get all the package inclusions stated in the tour?
Yes, you get all the inclusions stated in the package tour. We specify the things not included or does not apply.
When the tour is marked ALL IN, does it mean that I will not be asked to pay for anything anymore during the trip?
Yes. All in means everything is included from transportation, accommodation, meals, entrance fees etc. Of course, you would shoulder your own personal expenses.
How much luggage or bag may I bring?
You are only allowed 1 bag at a maximum of 7 kgs for air travel and 5 kgs each for land travel.
Is the agency liable for any loss that may occur during the tour?
No, we are not and neither are the vehicle providers, hotels, inns or resorts that will be used for the tour. Due diligence on your part is necessary. We expect you to look after your personal belongings.
Can seniors or elders join the tour?
We see no problem with elders or seniors joining the tour as long as they are physically fit to travel.
I want to join but I have a child. Can I bring kids?
Definitely! We love family travel and your kids are more than welcome to join. Please note that we expect the parents or guardians to be responsible for their own kids when travelling.
I want to bring my pet. Is this possible?
We are pet lovers as well however, we have to say no on this one as not all hotels are open to having a pet in their premise.
